The 502 Thunder Sabre

Specifications

The 502 Thunder Sabre is a familiar platform to many.

It resembles the typical "AR" type rifle/carbine and indeed uses many of the same components.

The major difference is the fact that the 502 is a 50 caliber version.

The 502 is a semi auto direct gas operated type rifle feeding from a removable magazine.

The upper and lower receivers are made from forged aluminum.

The barrel is manufactured from LW-50 stainless steel and rifled 1 in 19.

The standard model is a basic "A2" style with the usual equipment you would expect to find, including carry handle and familiar sights.

The forend on all 502 models is a free float design.

The barrel is 16-3/4" long and of heavy diameter varying from 1 inch at the nut to .925" at the muzzle.

The special edition or "Big Bore Canyon" as we call it has a flat top receiver and a full 4 rail free float forend as well as a 4 rail gas block. The SE is equipped with the 4 port custom Cloud Mt Muzzle break.

This little jewel give the SE a very distinct look and reduces felt recoil substantially. Our muzzle break is the only one of its kind currently to be found on an "AR" type weapon.

You wont be disappointed with this little critter.

The SE shown here has the A3 type carry handle on the flat top as well as the clamp on front sight unit

The Thunder Boss is our "Entry" gun and comes with a flat top upper a 4 rail forend and gas block as well as the Eotech and it has a 7- 1/2" barrel.

Also the Boss has a skeleton type stock attached.

The Mini Boss

This is our newest edition to the line up and is a "Pistol"

The upper is the same as on the Thunder Boss with a 7- 1/2" barrel but the lower comes with a special recoil system to shorten the unit up and is marked on the lower as "PISTOL".

The recoil is robust but no worse than many heavy caliber pistols on the market today,
